We cannot commend Blair & Patterson highly enough and are very happy with our new kitchen and utility room. From our first visit they were welcoming, helpful, gave insightful advice, responsive and professional. Whilst we had external architectural and structural engineering input as we needed to get building warrant for the works, Blair & Patterson did everything else in terms of the works needed to strip out a load bearing wall, install a new structural steel beam with significant propping as per the engineering advice, construct a new utility room within half of our double garage and install their lovely looking and high quality kitchen units and the appliances which we also sourced through them.
The structural steel work hit a hurdle which was none of Blair & Patterson’s doing and they liaised with the engineer and came up with a practical solution. The workmen were fantastic, particularly Darren, and they took a real pride in their quality of workmanship and were clean, tidy, and respectful throughout. They were helpful finishing off a very small list of outstanding items which were needed to get the completion certificate.
We are very happy indeed with our new kitchen and utility and would like to thank everyone involved throughout the process – Gavin, Roddy, Fiona, Joyce, Darren, Stephen, and the wider members of the team who were involved at the house with Darren.
